Wow, this may be my favourite Nintendo Switch game yet! I love exercising, and after injuring my ankle and with an upcoming surgery, decided to find an indoor workout option so I don't have to hobble to the gym. This fun game uses a pilates ring and a thigh strap to control and navigate obstacles, defeat enemies, collect coins, shop for outfits and smoothies, and help characters - through different types of workouts, from squats to yoga's chair pose. You unlock more workout moves as you progress in the game. There is a "silent mode" too, so instead of running on the spot to move around in the game, you can squat lightly, which I'm doing to avoid aggravating my ankle. Difficulty levels and a warm-up stretch and a cool-down stretch are available too. Can't believe I only just discovered this game! Highly recommended especially if you like staying at home and doing strength training.
