Excellent addition to my home gym. I was worried about it snapping whilst doing heavy tricep pull downs but was pleasantly suprised about how much weight it could take and how smoothly it flowed. I cant fault it. I literally attached it to my pull up and dip station and was all set to go. Easy to set up fun to use good value for money. Delivered on time and very well packaged. Would definitely recommend

I was somewhat surprised and very satisfied overall with the overall quality of these, especially given the cost. It's very easy to set up and very versatile. It's great that you get a variety of attachments for different grips and workouts. Overall I'm very happy with this set. I put mine on my home squat rack on the pull up bar that hangs at 7'. That height seems short for a lot of exercises for this pulley so I end up on my knees a lot. (that's what she said😆). There are a few minor things that were negative but overall I would recommend these. Pros: -great value for the money -versatile -comes with various attachments -smooth pulley -holds a lot of weight -ease of use and changing from one exercise to another Cons: -the rope seems a little long sometimes but that is because of the height of my bar. A way to easily adjust the length without tying knots would be nice. -the carabiners on the handle attachments could be nicer and larger. Could just be me but they're not the easiest to use because of their size. The one on the pulley is larger and easier to use. -I don't see how you would use these for bicep curls as advertised, pulling from the floor up without having another pulley.

An excellent product for home gyms, it eliminates the need for many other tools.

I love this versatile addition to my squat rack. I can train lats, pecs, shoulders, triceps and biceps. I currently have one set up for curls or bent rows and the other set up for lat pulldowns or triceps. It's a nice space saver. It was easy to set up and took me about 20 minutes to decide the best way to install it without impeding the squat rack functionality.
