Is the logo imprint supposed to be off-set instead of centered on the bag?

Not sure mine is located in the center!

How water resistant is the pouch?

I have one and I have ridden through all kinds of torrential downpour taking on water from passenger cars and my bag has never leaked. Owned it for about a year.

Does this bag lock shut

It has plastic clasps to secure it from opening on its own, but there is no way to lock it (preventing others from opening it).
