Q: Is there an insert that has pockets for credit cards. I do not like to use a wallet?

There is not a specific pocket for credit cards but it does have several pockets on both side and a zipper in the middle where I put my wallet and cards. I was pleasantly surprised with my purchase.

Q: How to choose the right size for my bag? I cannot find it in description?

You can measure your bag's inner dimention and check with the size chaet(the size of physical item is a little bit smaller than the following size)

Q: Is the zipper enough sturdy? I am so upset I got one with zipper falling out from others.

Yes, the metal zipper and zipper stop design is nice. I got a large size and have used for more than 1 year and now everything is right.
