Defective watch adjust button won't work
Arrived on time and packaging was not damaged. However the item itself is defective. The adjust button won't work no matter how hard you press, which means the watch is useless. It won't allow us to change the time nor set alarm. Stuck on the wrong time (in timezone/date-time that it came in during shipping. No option for replacement available on the amazon process only refund shipping option provided. Can't get thru to Amazon advisor either as the customer service line only provides a bot on call that won't understand my request for replacement and tech. support. We are die hard Casio fans, so absolutely gutted that this anniversary gift for husband, just in time before we go on a holiday will now no longer be sorted in time.

Es un reloj de tamaño mediano que se ajusta a muy bien, los materiales bien, y pues aunque no sea un g shock como el mud Master o mud man, es resistente no al nivel pero si es bueno este mud resist. Aparte es Casio y la marca es muy buena. Este color en particular es muy llamativo.

I bought this watch for hunting I love it great against the harsh elements, it's not just for hunting anymore but for my everyday watch, I own several expensive watches and now this watch is my top choice.

I got the G-Shock first, the DW9052 but noticed the 10 second bar halfway on the face Didn’t leave much room for the hour/minute digits, making it hard to read in dimmer light, SO.. I noticed the MUD watch had bigger time numbers to read and it’s more comfortable to wear and only Slightly bigger.👍 What’s NOT to like. 🤔 I Will edit this later IF I do find something..!! 😎
