Q: Will it accommodate bikes that have flatter and wider top tubes??

We are able to use it for both road bikes and mountain bikes. Hope that helps.

Q: What comes with the product? Does it include a screw set to secure it to the wall?

The set comes with two wood screws to mount in into a wall stud. Only one screw is required since there is only one mounting hole near the top.

Q: How far does the foot sit off the wall?

The distance from the wall to the base bar is 20-22". Closer than it appears.

Q: Can this accommodate a sloping top tube?

Yes... I have two bikes on mine, both with sloping top tubes. Be aware that the center of gravity of the bike will likely require you to move the bikes slightly left or right.
