This product is something I've been looking for for a very long time. I have hyper pigmentation, small acne scars, and blackheads, but skin is also extremely dry. This is a very bad combination because usually products that help my issues make my skin even drier which causes even more problems, but this toner did not. I use this overnight after cleansing and my pores have shrunken, I have less prominent blackheads (which no product has every done for me), my hyper pigmentation has faded significantly, yet my skin is more balanced and less dry than ever, and I haven't had a spot since using it. This is a products that I'm going to keep apart of my routine for as long as its still on the market. I usually don't write product reviews, but this seriously has changed my skin so I want other people to know how good it is.

So first things first. I know I have a big forehead lol but I wanted to share my thoughts on such an amazing product. I use the humane benzoyl acne wash, toner and moisturizer. These products are amazing!!! Humane has been the only thing that improved my skin. I wouldn’t say I had really bad acne but occasionally my skin would act crazy! I use other products combined with humane. However, my acne was controlled once I started using this product. The only downside I have is the bottle size. I order the toner almost every 1 1/2 months. I use it every night and morning. It would help if they made it in a bigger volume. I started using Humane July 18, 2018 and I won’t use anything else. I added some pics to show you my skin. My face is red because I used the benzoyl peroxide acne wash. So just an FYI. I hope this review helps.

I was using a lactic acid toner a couple times a week for nearly a year. It helped a bit with breakouts but it made my skin red and dry if I used it too often. I decided to try a BHA rather than AHA so I bought this. I've had it for a week and I've used it every night after cleansing. I had a cluster of big pimples on my left cheek and they cleared up so much faster than normal! I was worried it would dry my skin out but it hasn't at all. My face is actually less red than it was before using this. I'm thinking the green tea extract helps with that. It dries nicely and doesn't leave my face sticky. It's more expensive than I'd like but honestly it's worth the money for how well it works for me.A little tip - face wash with salicylic acid isn't very effective because you wash it off of your skin immediately. Using a toner like this allows the acid to stay on your skin and do its job. Instead, use a gentle face wash (I use vanicream) and it won't dry your skin out as much. Always moisturize after using this but wait at least 30 minutes so the toner can fully dry.

I was looking for something to take the place of my salicylic acid 2% serum from The Ordinary. I hadn't used a toner in forever, and thankfully with being 28 my skin has calmed down, I've learned a lot about taking care of my skin and what works for me. Simple and no fuss and trying to use essential and natural ingredients for sure. So I read a lot of reviews on this, and decided to try it! I have pretty sensitive skin and am still sometimes prone to get zits (usually around my period) but let me tell you, it's working great so far! I've experienced zero burning, red skin, dry patches, no tightness, nothing. I'll definitely be buying again! Hope it does the same for you!
