This stuff smells bad and taste terrible but it's only added to 4oz of water and I squirt a little water flavoring in it to help. This works well on my digestion especially since I have trouble going to the bathroom. This seems to help pretty well. The powder goes in 4oz of water then you just wait 1 minute for the ingredients to activate before drinking it. I suffer from IBS and this product is good for that.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Incredible product - formulated in Europe. Wish I could afford to use it daily, although you get what you pay for with Omni products. So easy to drink in the morning. Love htis product.

I don't usually write reviews, but this product works great. In just 24 hours, using as directed (2 times), it made a profound difference on my GI tract. I had been bothered by GI issues for over 2 weeks, so I thought let's try this and see if it would help where other probiotics had failed. Wow, am I amazed by the results.

It doesn’t taste the best but I can definitely tell a difference.

Still testing this out but I love the company and the research trials they have behind their products. I guess their stress release is a combination of the strains of their European stress release and stress repair which I love because the stress repair has strains specifically for the vagus nerve.

I've been using it for a while now. I like the way it helps me with my anxiety. The taste is ok.

This product was super expensive and made me very sick. I was nauseous and bloated for days with a terrible stomach ache each time I took it. The final straw after over a week of taking it was being so nauseous all day that it made me throw up multiple times. I took this packet to my doctor and he said that probiotics should not be taken in powder form because they will die by the time it gets to larger intestine that is what happened to me when the probiotics in powder form stayed in my small intestine causing these symptoms. I received no benefit from taking these and for the price, it is outrageous. This company doesn't allow returns so now I am stuck with $70 worth of worthless powder.

I really wanted this to be amazing after listening to podcasts mentioning this brand of probiotics, BUT it tastes awful and I saw no difference compared to cheaper probiotics I get at Costco - so cannot recommend - especially for the price.
