Lumineux Oral Essentials Clean & Fresh Mouthwash Dentist Formulated

When my sister noticed my large bottle of Listerine in the bathroom, she told me I should stop using it immediately because it was destroying healthy bacteria in my mouth along with the bad. Well, my dentist had recommended the Listerine so I blew her advice off at first, even though HER dentist had told her to switch to Lumineux. But then I did my own research and realizd she was right. Still, when I received my Lumineux order I was a bit hesitant to try it because some reviewers had complained about the taste. But I found the taste delightful. I was also pleasantly surprised that it didn't leave my mouth dry (as Listerine did), and also had a bit of a kick, which I very much enjoyed. Not only is the mouthwash great, but so is the Customer Service. I had a few more questions and concerns, so I emailed Lumineux Customer Support and they got right back with me. I had been worried that Lumineux might discolor my teeth as other alcolol-free mouthwashes have done in the past. But Will and Ron explained that their formula is different and I shouldn't have that problem. I was also concerned that Lumineux could raise my blood pressue but I was assured that it would not, because it does not contain anything that has been linked to raising blood pressure - specifically chlorhexidine. Next I might try the Lumineux whitening mouthwash, since I was assured that it has all the same wonderful attributes as the regular mouthwash, with the addition of gentle whitening. So in short, I am a happy convert to the Lumineux family of oral health products!

I love Lumineux products . Have know the product for many years. Was using their earlier product too for many years from LA. It is the best oral mouthwash and their whitening products are fabulous. Safe , really makes your teeth white without damaging the enamel. Highly recommended. So glad one can now buy on Amazon used to have to bring back from LA in my suitcase !

I don't write many reviews and for that matter would like to point out that this product and company are so amazing that I am actually writing the review from my phone. I think I have been using this product for about a month. Firstly, it tastes wonderful. Secondly, I am a tooth NUT so I am likely to pay the money for that all natural, pH balancing, mineral filled, enamel building product that helps my gum health and maintain a cavity free lifestyle. The other reviewers are correct in saying that there is a difference in using this product and the store bought ones. This is better, less harsh/burning, and not a bunch of added sugar. I think the Dead Sea minerals may assist in remineralizing your teeth as well. (I had a soft spot...otherwise pre decay...that is completely gone now.) The only difference in my dental routine was the rinse. Other than that, I recently purchased a version of an "excellent rinse" from the dentist which specializes in ridding the mouth of oral mucosa. The stuff is horrible. Lol. Basically similar ingredients with several ounces of dread each time I tried to swish with it and more than one moment of regret for paying the price. Lastly, there was a mixup of my order with this company. I wrote them about it, received a personal letter from their Chief Operating Officer (seriously?!? Lol) and a resolution to the matter. Oh: And their customer response department is no chump either. I think I love these people. Haha. Just purchase the product; it really is fantastic and even if there is some reservation, it is highly doubtful that there will be full regret. (I need to order more.) I purchased this product after reading that Listerine is really bad for healthy mouth bacteria which defend teeth and gums. It has a pleasant taste and does not sting when swilled around the mouth and more importantly it claims it isn't as harmful to the mouth microbiome.

This mouth wash is great, my son even uses it. Since switching from Tom's of Maine toothpaste and mouthwash, I have not had many canker sores. I was getting them monthly before sadly. Either it is the toothpaste (I use a neem one) and mouthwash change or I have changed my stress levels or something, who knows. Anyways, when a canker sore does develop, the time it takes to heal is minimal and I believe it is the combination of ingredients in this mouthwash that help it to heal faster! My son had to have his gum scraped from a tooth because it was excess gum or something and it would bleed when brushing his teeth. The dentist said to be gentle when brushing his teeth and have him gargle salt water if possible to help it heal faster. This mouthwash, containing sea salt, did the trick! It healed right up and never caused him pain or bleeding again. Yes, this product was recalled, what products don't get recalled anymore? The FDA is forever pulling things off shelves, banning ingredients, and requiring companies to change how them make things. A lot is worse is going on right now. Just check out the banning of certain ingredients in your children's cereals and colored candies that your child ingests daily probably. In my eyes, this was not near as big a big deal as that.. Not worth a one star rating for sure. Saying that, this product is still a GREAT product. UPDATE: I have not tried the "new" formula yet as it will come to us in our next subscribe and save shipment. Hopefully we find it just as effective as the "old" formula. Based off the ingredients listing, it seems to be just a new bottle look though...
