This is a fantastic, beautiful and durable cutting board, it's by far my favorite and I use it for everything other than raw meat. It's the perfect size to prep several veggies at a time, and it's really heavy-duty. I love how one side has the little moat to catch moisture/juices while the other side is flat, I find myself using both frequently, I just love having the option since other cutting boards often either have two juice moats or zero (in my experience). A really large, premium cutting board like this is a luxury, but it makes for such a better cooking experience. It's usually the only surface I need for each meal which reduces the number of dishes I need to do, and it's easy to clean and oil. Seriously this is an amazing cutting board and it's priced really fairly for what it is.

My first purchase from this seller was the XXXL cutting board, I bought it for the perfect size to cover my RV stovetop. I didn't read the reviews as I normally would. I needed the size and they were the only ones I found. This was about 8 months ago, since then that lovely beast of a cutting board has been tested for durability. I tend to forget to remove it from the stovetop before moving our RV and it never fails, it comes CRASHING down hard on the floor, sure it has paint marks from the wall or very minor dents in the edges but it never has split, cracked or otherwise changed. This is why I bought 2 more little boards from them. If I HAD trusted the reviews I wouldn't have but I know its about how you take care of your cutting boards. Don't soak them in water, absolutely don't put in a dishwasher! Gentle cleaning, drying and most importantly, OIL IT! I see the pictures on reviews, many looked like they were left out in the sun on 120 degree day for months. They must be oiled, often. Mineral Oil folks, keeps it from drying out and cracking, splintering. Great cutting boards and should I ever need anymore, this is the brand I will come back to!

The size is great, its sturdy, well crafted, and I use it daily. I never knew about mineral oil until now, and it will extend the life of your cutting board drastically. The same as waxing your car every couple of months with save the pain on your car

This board has made my counter very happy.
