A Light Alternative to White Rice
A really good, easy alternative to white rice without the calories or starch that comes with rice, which is great if you are counting the calories. It is also great if you are maintaining your weight. Upon opening there can sometimes be a slight fishy smell but once rinsed this disappears. I have found this product to be most useful and can now eat "rice" without the starch or added calories.
