Benefiber is a good benefit!
Love Benefiber ... the fact that they came 2 together was even better. Good price, will last me a good while since I only use 1/day. Easy to put in my coffee first thing in the morning. Does not change the taste of the coffee or anything else you put it in. Will order more from Amazon and not the drug store ... more expensive in the drugstore. I love them! Good price too!

My husband drinks it every day in a glass of water and it has helped tremendously to "regulate" him. He will most likely continue to drink it for the rest of his life!

Only product that works for me
I love this stuff so much and would probably be at the stomach dr way more often if it weren’t for this stuff. I tried so many other things, and surprisingly the only thing that worked for a bit was a deodorizer product from TikTok, even though it wasn’t for stomach issues, it cleared me out. But that was for the first month or so, and after it stopped. Now this came along, and I poop within minutes of drinking this and even quicker after eating. But the easiest best poop ever, no pain or strain!!!! Just solid and straight forward figuratively and literally !!!!
