Cuchillo excelente, buen tamaño, ligero, su filo se mantiene bastante. A comparación del cuchillo chef me gusta más, aparte del diseno.

Super Messer. Habe das Messer seit über einem Jahr und es schneidet wunderbar. Die Klinge und der Griff sind super präzise und haltbar, Reinigung klappt top durch das einteilige Design und die Klinge lässt sich durch den weicheren Stahl immer wieder super neu schärfen. Würde das Messer immer wieder kaufen.
