First, the tag says Silk but honestly I don't think I could tell the difference between silk and polyester. To me Polyester seems to sleep warmer and this pillow case did not. I took a picture so you could see the tag through the case to see they are a little shear but not bad. I use a standard size thick foam pillow and the standard case was a little hard to get on it as is was a tight fit. Once on I was able to zip it. I can say when I wake up my hair is somewhat still in place and not mussed up. I went to silk to see if it can actually help my skin and ward off some of those wrinkles but only time will tell....

This pillowcase did exactly what I hoped it would do. It eliminated pillowcase lines on my face in the morning and actually helped my long hair look better as well ... less frizzy and tangly, more shiny. I was afraid the fabric would feel slippery, but it was very soft and comfortable. I waited to do this review until I washed it a few times. I wash the pillowcase in the machine with my regular laundry and then hang it over a line to dry. It launders beautifully. I’m a fan.

We bought these to line the bottom part of our baby’s crib. She’s been moving her head so much that she made a little bald spot from the regular sheets. The silk pillowcase was less rough against her hair/head and she was able to grow back her hair. We had to cut it and macgyver it so it would be safe. But it was a whole lot cheaper than getting the ones they already make for babies like half the price!

I liked everything about it. I ordered the pink and although it is darker than the pictures shows, it is still a really pretty pink and I like pink. It is very smooth and feels so good. I do think that my hair is smoother and silkier feeling in the morning than it had been when I was using a cotton pillowcase. The zipper is quite nice. I certainly hope it lasts. As I say, only time will tell. The price was a middle point for silk pillowcases.

The media could not be loaded.  I have this pillow case to my daughter she absolutely loves it and will only sleep on silk pillowcases with her tight curly hair. This one is soft and keeps her face and hair smoother for sleeping in it. The benefits of sleeping in a silk pillowcase are great and it feels good too. The black matches her room and decor perfectly .

This pillowcase is everything I was looking for, it’s not synthetic and doesn’t cause static in my hair. It’s so soft and I don’t wake up with crazy hair or lines all over my face. I highly recommend you get one or two great gift idea too

I’ve been fooled before. Other sellers label as silk but are really satin. I crossed my fingers and ordered again. To my surprise these are silk! You can tell in the pic, silk has a rougher look. Love it! Yay!

I decades of experience as sewer - even sewed my sister’s wedding dress - I so have extensive experience handling fibers of all varieties. I honestly don’t think this is silk. It feels like satin to me. The cheap tag says it’s silk, but seriously if it’s 100% silk, why would they put such a cheap looking tag on? Maybe, some buyers are sent genuine silk, and others like me aren’t? I don’t know, but I am pretty confident what I received was satin, not silk.

The fit is nice and snug on the pillow because of the zipper closure and I like the clean look of it. I don’t find it hot or cool after laying on it for awhile but it seems to maintain a comfortable temperature. My skin has been feeling good and my hair is much smoother when I get up. Hand washing is pretty quick and I hang to dry, which only takes a few hours . I had a satin pillowcase before this and while that was smooth it would get too warm, would generate some static at times and was not good with moisture. I have not had these problems with this pillowcase.

This pillow case! There are no words in the English language to express how simply delightfully soft and comfortable it is against my face.It's a little slice of Heaven on earth at bedtime.

This is my favourite silk pillowcase. I prefer the zipper pillowcase so the pillow doesn’t fall out at night while sleeping. Other brands colours changed quickly and didn’t feel the same as this one. Feels great to sleep on.

Exactly what I was looking for! Have washed them in washing machine on delicate (turned inside out) then air dried. Still soft!
