2008 tundra Crewmax
Installation was straight forward. The quality so far is great, just installed last weekend so still need alignment. The shook and strut looks great, it lifted my truck 3” even though it states 2” which I am not complaining about. Using OEM, UCA. This was a great purchase for the price. I bought this to replace the OEM system I had, which was way over due. The rebound feels solid and smoother than stock. Fitment is spot on, besides the fact that the shock body is longer. I recommend this setup if you want A lift and nicer ride. Mostly road driven.

Great quality and simple install!
This is a direct bolt on kit, that does a great job at not only leveling your tundra but even improves the ride! I am very impressed with the outcome and it only took a couple of hours to install!

A little lift, not leveling.
Well get a buddy to help with the installation, the front of the truck sits a bit higher than the rear, I plan on putting airbags in the back to solve that problem. Immediately get an alignment after and don't be surprised if the cam bolts are frozen in the control arms.

Shocks are physically 2" longer than stock. Expected a 2" lift but was 3" when done. Tundra 4WD
4WD Tough install for the DIY'er as the new shock assembly is 2" longer than original. After viewing several You Tube videos, I decided to: 1) remove the upper king pin only; 2) Remove sway bar bolts first thing; 3) Pushed the lower A arm down with a long (5-6 ft) pry bar (soil digging bar) to install. Took lots of body english and pounding but got them in OK. Had two Harbor Freight 2-ton floor jacks to move things around (recommended). Several medium size pry bars needed to pop bottom eye into bracket and get holes lined back up too. Looks OK!! Very Pleased with the final result. Will get front end realigned soon.
