Where do I find the usb to plug it in?

Boba Fett doesn't get plugged in. This is a phone and/or game controller holder. You can prop your device in Boba's hands while your phone or control is plugged in and charging, but there is no USB port on Boba/the stand.

Will it hold a nes or snes controller?

Hello thank you for the question, it holds console controllers like PlayStation and Xbox it also hold Smart phones if you wanted to Hold up a NES controller is will also do that But It wont be as stabilized.
