Feels like a kid's spoon
My hands are slightly above average but this scoop felt like a kid's spoon in my hand. I placed it next to other ice scream scoops I have and it is clearly at least an inch shorter in length than any other scoop I have. Since it is shorter it feels like you have less leverage plus I felt like I was almost scooping the ice cream with my hand.

AWESOME for the summer!
Will not bend or break - it is that simple!Pros:1) I get really annoyed with the process of letting ice cream sit out long enough to let a really crappy ice cream scooper work. Why do we need to do this when we can just buy a decent quality scoop? In this case, the answer is that we don't. This scoop is seriously sturdy. I actually tried fairly hard to bend it, and the scoop just wouldn't bend!2) it scoops well and cuts through fairly hard ice cream! I didn't have anything as hard as what they scoop in an actual ice cream shop, but I was able to scoop straight out of the freezer and it worked like a charm. This was really nice!3) the rubber grip on the handle is nice and makes it comfortable. It is also a nice weight, so the scoop feels really nice in your hand. I like this about the ice cream scoop and it makes it worth it to me to have in my kitchen. I have some others that I have purchased and returned or donated as they were just no good. This one is really nice and works!Cons:1) no cons for me. This one works well, cleans easily and feels good in my hand. Just good all around.
This scoop is a great item. I recieved this product discounted or free but I would not hesitate at all to pay full price for it. Its solid construction allows for scooping even the most solid ice cream. I have had a few different scoops and they dont hold up to this one at all. Dishwasher safe is always a HUGE plus. Its comfortable to hold and the sharp edge makes for easy scooping. I give it 4 stars because it is solid, and that makes it a little big/heavy so my nephew (9 years old) had a tough time using it. Other then that this is a great product and would recomend to anyone looking for a good, quality and heavy duty scoop that wont break.
