Allclad II is a miracle product
as far as I'm concerned. Nothing else is as easy for putting a "natural metal' finish on a plastic model.I do not use their special primer, which many people have found troublesome. I use Testor's gloss enamel as a base. Various shades from black to white may be used to vary the look of the Allclad II. It works beautifully, but you must be sure to wait until the enamel is well cured -- at least 2 full days -- before applying the lacquer-based Allclad II.

Paint Disappears fast
Good color but runs out fast. It is pre thinned and i was surprised how much paint i needed to get decent coverage. The paint disappears from the airbrush almost as soon as you press the trigger. I could get better coverage from other brands for less money.

Great product
I really like this product. In use it to airbrush plastic models. And it definitely makes the parts look like real aluminum. Great product

Great stuff as always
Great stuff as always. The best you can get for bare metal finishes on any of your builds. Don't be fooled by newcomers or other claims, as Alclad is THE standard others aspire to achieve.

good paint. But within a year
good paint. But within a year, most bottles had evaporated 2/3rds or so, even ones i never opened :( i re-hydrated with the thinner, hopefully it works out. (Its housed in a 75degree house all year round, but we live in a dry part of Texas) Company are not too receptive to returns/ refunds BTWI had to tape the caps, ill see if it works
