Noticed a great improvement to my frozen shoulder
I had a frozen shoulder, and after taking this supplement for a couple of months I noticed a great improvement. I was also doing some gentle exercises and resistance training - but I had been doing those before. It feels that this product has been a major contributor to my shoulder feeling much better and gaining back a good range of movement. I've bought a second bottle and intend to keep using it to make sure my joints work well.

Great item
I've been using glucosamine for years after being recommended to by a doctor as I have arthritis. I've used many different brands and always go for a high strength as I was told to. These tablets seem to work as well as any others that I have tried and the price is great for the amount you get. They are quite big though and can sometimes be hars to swallow.

Vast tablets!!!
Took one look at them, tried for a day then binned them. Tablets are huge and very uncomfortable to take. Will re order smaller ones!!!
