issue with the finish.
The finish turned blue. However, I contacted the manufacture and they replaced free of charge. Very good customer service.

Great product. Make sure you verify the fit of the door. I had to make the hole bigger, but other than that, this was a good fit.

The finish turned a purplish hue. This is the 3rd one I purchased, had no problems with the other 2 handles and the lock finish itself is fine.

Not very happy
Wanted to love this. Got it to go with my Yale smart lock. But the stupid latch keeps getting stuck if you open the door like a normal person and don’t flick it to force it to bounce back. Also, I believe the plate behind the knob part should be vertical, but when I install it this way it is tight on the bottom and loose on the top. Overall, I love the look of the outside but I wouldn’t buy again. My husband is still fighting with the latch trying to get it to come back out when the knob is turned. Super annoying.
