Are you supposed to put on moisturizer and then the gloves or just the gloves?

Put moisturizer on cuticles and nails then handcream .work it into your skin and nails. Then put gloves on and sleep in them. Barielle cuticle and hand cream are very good for this .

Do these gloves have quality stitching? Are they lightweight or medium weight?

They are of good quality- better then the ones I’ve bought locally. I wear them everyday for work and have worn the same pair for months with no issues. I would say these are more medium weight- not flimsy and the fit is better then most. They actually go to the wrist instead of just the back of the hand

Where are these made?

China. I do not recommended these gloves. Very cheap quality. There are better gloves on Amazon.
