This product has been something I started taking about a year ago. Whenever I started using anabolic steroids about 2 years ago, after a cycle of oral steroids was complete, my liver counts were always raised as expected. And my install health was bad and I suffered with lethargy terribly. I would normally take milk thistle but that was it until a buddy of mine showed me this product. Since then I have taken it every day for the last year, wether I am on a heavy cycle or just cruising. I have to say, all of my levels such as alt , ast, bili, etc, as shown in my most recent blood test, where all in normal range after being slightly elevated for quite some time. I feel better now, and besides the liver healing benefits of the tudca, it also has improved my skin, and overall health as a whole. I know that I take this product for a certain specified reason, but I would recommend this product to anyone, not just folks who take anabolic steroids!!
