I love these! The crunch, protein,fiber make a great snack. They are GLP friendly and the different flavors make for a new snack every time.

favor and taste
I am on the fence with this one not sure if I like it or not, it is diffently different and I don't know if it just take time it used to it and the favor. It its not to salty like some people have reported. Well after trying them several times I have decided they are not for me, I tried to like them but the after taste is what I did not like, but I will say the are crunch and have a nice amount of salt on them.

Tasty, healthy & delicious!!
These are delicious and a perfect protein packed snack for anyone! I myself have several autoimmune diseases including Rheumatoid arthritis, Lupus and Hashimotos. I have had them for 16 years and It is very necessary I have a clean, "Autoimmune protocol" diet. These are perfect for that diet, and they actually taste geat! I actually bought some to give to friends as a stocking stuffer bec they all love them now too! I got this pack on sale and that helped me tremendously because I am now unable to work and it has been very difficult to maintain a healthy diet with my very lean, fixed income. Everything is going up in price but my SSDI check is not, even my Medicare costs are going up! So I also commend this company for NOT price gouging people, and I hope and pray they keep it that way! Thank you for this healthy, tasty, protein packed snack!! I will definitely be buying more!
