It's not inexpensive...but it's the best moisturizer, I've seen. It's oily initially but it vanishes...I was fighting a rash that wouldn't go away....this seems to have it on the run....the wife tried it, and prefers it to stuff she pays a fortune for, so expensive is kinda relative. She's eying the giant bottle....is convinced it's curing all kinds of things....makes the tattoos look good too. Yes, they have to kill Emus to get it...you can eat the meat too... Don't whine about stupid stuff with your Uggs on.

I was looking for a non-petroleum based moisture barrier and hadn’t found one that really helped. My nurse practitioner suggested Emu Oil. I wasn’t sure what to expect. Turns out it works excellently as a barrier, and I use it all over now - for moisturizing, for my face, and to help clear up minor rashes and scrapes. A little goes a long way - a pea-sized amount will be sufficient for my face, hands and elbows! It’s not oily or super greasy either, which I love!! The only thing I don’t like and that definitely gives me pause is the fact that this is an animal product and essentially Emus are raised only for their oil. For this reason alone, I probably won’t use it again….I’ll try the vegan option.

I mix this product with Batana Oil to make a balm for my locs. The emu oil is great quality. It quickly absorbs into the skin without leaving a greasy feeling or residue. I use it for my son’s eczema flares. I have seen a difference in my husbands beard. It use to be dry and flaked from his dry sky. Using only the emu oil, his beard and skin is soft. It did not arrive in the pictured bottle, but in a blue plastic bottle. I assume that was to ensure that there was no breakage. It was neatly wrapped, full, and without damage. I use purchase from this seller again.

Literally - Magic in a bottle. Took a month to arrive but once it did she got straight to work. I had real bad edema on my hand after an injury. I tried everything, ice and heat. I purchased this emu oil after a friend suggested it. She uses it to regrow her hair. After a few short weeks of use, my top and bottom eyelashes are fuller and longer. My hands were extremely dry due to the cold dry weather to the point of almost cracking and this oil has healed them completely. It absorbs slowly yet completely and will not be "greasy" once it has been fully absorbed. I did change the lid to a dispensing spout so there is better control of the mount that is dispensed since a little emu oil goes a long way. This bottle should last months. I will buy again.
