we love biscuit !he did all the add said he would do. he looks and feels so real. he is so life like . my lil girl loves him .she takes him along everywhere.she drives him around in her lil jeep . everyone loves him and wants to know where we got this toy etc. my parents even got a kick out of this toy dog. so a toy for the whole family he is. we love this toy.it has def.been a conversation piece and will be lifelong treasured toy for sure. i will say i wish batteries were included for the price, however the expression on my lil girls face on christmas morning was worth the extra for those batteries at 1:00am on christmas eve lol:)

I love this dog it is so realistic...my grandchildren love this dog! The right side of the dog doesn't hold the dog up when he begs but that's ok cos I hold the left leg and that helps...I have biscuit setting in the dog bed and when people visit they think it is a real dog. I bought this robotic dog for a collectable because fur real friends doesn't sell it anymore and l am glade I did.Becky

I ordered this product for a funraising event . As soon as we received it and put batteries in we noticed it didn't work properly. After shutting the things off for a day and trying to turn it back on iot never worked again. Now this seller will not refund our money or replace the item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER AND DO NOT BY THIS PRODUCT!!!! Do not buy from Majatech. We were shocked when they said they would not refund out money or replace the item. BEWARE!!!!!

this is a great toy for children of all ages because i bought it for my eleven year old daughter dont ask me why she wanted it she has always wanted a dog since our first one died but my wife as allergies plus work so its tough and my daughter has allergies too this is a great toy for children even the older ones because my daughter loves her toy and she has not once asked for a real dog since this is a real life saver and i hope you guys stop complaining and look on the bright side of having this amazing toy!!!!!

Got Biscuit as a gift for my 5 year old son, who LOVES dogs. He enjoys playing with the dog but is put off by the robotic sounds the toy makes every time it moves, as well as its delayed/complete lack of-response to his commands. My son speaks loudly and clearly but oftentimes the toy ignores him completely or does a wrong command. The mouth emits a 'crunch-crunch' sound when the toy supposedly has a bone in its mouth, but the sensors cannot distinguish between the toy bone and my son's fingers--'crunch-crunch' on a little boy's fingers is quite disturbing. After playing with this toy, my son always asks me to 'turn it OFF please, Mommy!' because the dog will continually move, bark, and whine even when not being played with directly. I suppose we should be impressed with the advanced-ness of this state-of-the-art robotic toy, but for the money we should have purchased him something like a DSi instead.

This was my 8-year-old daughter's BIG Christmas present this year. She absolutely adores it! The toy looks and acts like a real dog. Right after she opened it I would walk past it and do a double take because it looks so real. I've been amazed at how well it works. The only thing that it doesn't do is walk or fetch. Other than that, it looks and sounds like a real dog. We are very pleased with this toy.

Firstly, the current price of $[...] is WAY more than I paid or would be willing to pay for this toy. My two boys loved Biscuit when they received it last Christmas and still pull it out occasionally to play, however 11 months on it is rather worse for wear (it is very noisy and clunky when it moves) and it spends 99% of its time hogging the corner of their bedroom. They are not at all fooled that it is a replacement for a real dog and so we still have to go through the "can I have a dog" conversations that I had hoped would be reduced. At the right price it is a nice toy to give a careful child but in general I would say it is not worth the cost.

My young five-year old recieved this dog for Christmas. I must say that it is very cute and she has grown somewhat attached---but more like an attachment to a favorite stuffed animal. She is quite clear that it isn't any sort of replacement for a real dog. Furthermore she is disappointed that it won't walk or stand. I think she is torn about her feelings. She really wants to like the dog, but it does take some imagination to pretend the dog is real (especially with what she terms as 'creepy' mechanical sounds). I expect that she will play with it for a few months and then forget about it. This is a fine toy for a small child, but probably is better for the 3 to 4 year old market.Our Biscuit broke the second time we turned him on....or at least that was when we noticed that his right side didn't work properly. I called Hasbro and they immediately offered to send out a label so I could mail in our broken Biscuit. Once they recieve the toy, they will send out a new Biscuit that should work better. So, at least Hasbro is committed to this product.Update: Feb 2009 Hasbro did indeed sent us a brand new in the box replacement! I respect any company that so willingly stands behind its products.
