I bought this item because my original car horn was not as loud as i would have liked. Anyway, i got them installed and i was very happy with them. Yesterday i took my car to the car wash and right afterword's, they stopped working. My only thought was ... maybe they got wet ? I waited until today just in case and tested again. NOPE !! completely dead and they have 12VDC voltage. I even tried one of the old ones, it works. That eliminates any electrical doughs. They are ADVERTISED AS WATERPROOF !! and my purchase return was up on SEPT 11th, 2025 ( COINCIDENCE ? ) my vehicle is a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe with 22k miles. Practically New !! a week has gone by since i left this review and i haven't heard from the seller or amazon !! THATS CUSTOMER CARE !!
