I found it really useless product and waste of money since at the time of buying I read it that money back guarantee if you didn't find it useful.

Its a great product as it helped me resolve my bloating and constipation problem.

Wow! Let me just start by saying, that I was bit skeptical about these before taking them but Im a total believer now! Everyone's timing will be different based on what they eat and how they adjust to adding this to their regimen, and you may not need to take the recommended 3 pills mornignand night. I took just 3 pills first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with 16oz of water for the first 3 days before I noticed they were working...let me just tell you, when they hit, THEY HIT! You may even have to have good timing once you know how these will get things moving, because once you have to go, you will really REALLY HAVE TO GO. I did have minor cramps and bloating after taking the recommended servings so I adjusted my in take from 6 pills a day to 4,( 2 in the morning and then 2 at night before bed after at least 8 hours between servings) and nd then eventually down 3 a day (2 in the morning and 1 at night) You've just gotta figure out what works best for you based on how much water you drink (the key is to drink lots of water) and the foods you eat (it helps more to stay away from dairy and fried foods) Like any supplements, you've gotta pay attention to your body also know that just because something may or may not yield results for others doesn't mean the same for you. I'm very happy with the product!

Works fine as a fiber supplement for digestion and cleanliness, but honestly it’s no different from regular fiber you can buy at the supermarket. Does the job, but nothing special.
