It was packed in a cute box and very well protected from shipping mishaps. I took it out and immediately programmed it and it worked flawlessly. This is my second purchase of this product. The first one was well made, but this one is cheaply made and off center. Pretty disappointed as I love my first one and need another one.

This pendulum was even prettier in person. I use this pendulum to check the flow of chakras and it has done an amazing job at picking up the flow of energy. It seems to be very sturdy and well made. The detail in it is amazing!

It is so beautiful. I haven't found any issues with it. Colors are colorful. The chain is great size. It's my new favorite pendulum. I highly recommend it.
