I loved these hats! They were super cute and pretty straight forward to assemble. The only downfall were the hats without the pink ball have an additional step for assembly and the sticky tabs that came with the kit don’t keep the gold balls attached well/for very long. The gold string is also taut, so you’ll want to loop them around the back of your head (unless you want to suck in your double chin for pics 😭)

Other reviewers complained about the assembly. If you don't manhandle these hats, they assemble and hold up just fine.I definitely would recommend that an adult assemble them, and I probably wouldn't give them to very young children to wear. But for adults or older kids, these are really cute.My one disappointment is that several of the pink pom poms were stained and sloppily glued. But there were still plenty of hats that looked nice enough for photos.

We enjoyed using these party hats for a 60th birthday party. Colors are awesome and look good in photos!

Certainly great for a toddler party, not great for adults to try to wear. They are cute, sturdy, a bit tricky to put together (I had to use tape).

I didn't read the description well enough to realize the hats need to be assembled, so I was surprised when the box arrived. But they were super simple (and kind of fun)! I was worried about the hats being too snug since they were for an adult birthday party, but they were great. I wore mine most of the night without complaints. Great quality, sophisticated colors/designs, I definitely recommend!
