Sorry Nikki I just found your request for information about anise squares. I have ordered the 5 lbs. twice the first order was great the second wasn't as flavorful they came from Pa Dutch General Store, there is no ingredients listed on the package. I have some that I have ordered from another source and I'm not sure if I ordered through Amazon these are stronger in flavor. Ingredients are: Sugar, corn syrup, natural anise oil, FD&C blue 1, red 3, red 40, soy lecithin. Allergy information: packaged in a facility that handles tree nuts, peanuts, soy products, egg whites and wheat. Hope this helps
