Q: Will this strap fit my small 6.5 inch wrist? Or is it too big?

It's on the edge. My wrist is about 6-1/2". I made it fit by adding another hole. There is plenty of room to add more holes, so it will work if you are willing to do that.

Q: Does this come with a spring bar tool?

No it doesn't. I took it to a watch care shop for installation - not a big deal.

Q: What are dimensions of case back? Specifically looking for something about 1.25 in wide for the case back.

Not sure what you mean about the case back. The strap is 20mm or 3/4" wide. Also be aware that this strap is quite stiff.
