Easy to use, secure, and enables me to use my old SLR lenses!
I have to say that I love this little mount. It's availability is what ultimately decided me in favor of the Pen camera. I spent alm0st a month comparing features on a group of cameras, looking for more zoom, more control and better image quality that on my old camera. Unfortunately, in my price range it was almost impossible to get all of those at once. Reviewing the images and stats on various camera sites, I got a very clear sense that interchangable cameras as a class would get me better photos, but adding the extra lenses took me out of my price range. When I saw that this was available it seemed the perfect solution as I have a lot of nice lenses from my old Minolta SLR. Note that while in camera stabilization is typically viewed as less desirable, less effective than in lens, it does give you more latitude as you can use older lenses and sill get the anti-shake and noise reduction which I did not find on any other camera in this price range. The rainbow imaging mount is solid and secure, easy to use and does not leak. I am very very happy with it, and feel it is about the best accessory I have purchased (probably ever) in terms of what it gives me for what I spent. This cost very little and is solid and well made, working as well as any OEM equipment I have had. I actually find it easier to install and remove than the native mount. Unlike practically everything else I have come across I do not feel that you are getting what you paid for, but something more, as it is very well made for a low-cost piece of equipment and opens up a range of high quality (comparatively) low cost lenses. For myself, already having the lenses... well, as I noted, it was what ultimately decided me in favor of the Pen camera. If you have a Pen and are looking to expand your options, this mount give you an efficient way to do it.I am sufficiently happy with it that I will likely purchase several more and keep them mounted to my lenses (just to make changing lenses faster, for those occasions when I might lose the shot in the time it takes to change a lens ;)An excellent product for the prices and as good as or better than any adapter I have used.

Solid Manual Adapter
The Minolta lens to MicroFourThirds adapter by Fotasy works perfectly for my manual focus lenses. It's a very solid mount, no wiggle or looseness, but not overly tight either. I'm using mine with a 50-135mm zoom lens on an Olympus OM-D E-M1 and it is perfect fit at an excellent price. I purchased the version WITH the tripod mount and it is very well constructed, solid, and professional. I highly recommend it.

No glass and no problems
I have three of the Fotasy m43 adapters (Nikon F-m43, Canon EF-m43, Minolta MD-m43). All work fine, and since they have no optics (lens elements added by the adapter manufacturer without even knowing what lens you will be using on the adapter) there's not much to go wrong. Of course, when using a simple tube like this, smaller sensor cameras (APS, m43) crop the lens' image circle, but this has nothing to do with the adapter.Anyway, having no optics of their own, these basic Fotasy adapters (aka Fotodiox) do not have the potential to degrade lens quality. I'm a little surprised people want to spend more on what are basically just tubes made in China. The Kindai (aka Rayqual) adapters are nicer, a little bit smoother fitting, but they're made in Japan and considerably more expensive.

Fits the lenses well
Fits my lenses as advertised. Fit is a little tight but overall pretty good for the price.

It works as described.
The reasonably priced adapter allows me to use my sizable collection of Rokkor lenses with my Lumix G9. With the assistance of the "blue outlines" provided by the G9 when the camera determines that the subject is in focus, manual focus is easily achieved. I won't be parting with my Leica / Lumix micro 4/3 lenses, but using lenses that would otherwise be resided in a drawer is great fun.

Ma-ma-ma myyyy MINOLTA
I sincerely didn't know what to headline with, I'm sorry. This thing is affordable, it fits, it's great.I've seen complaints of this having slight twisting movement. It's true. It's completely true. I know, I'm sorry. BUT, it's fine. I've also encountered this with a lot of other adapters for all of my vintage lenses, and this one seems to be LESS than the others. This is a good upgrade in that regard. Anything that doesn't have the slight twist is five times more expensive. These lenses aren't exactly meant to go on weird 4/3s cameras, so I'm just glad they CAN and that they still look good.Ooooh, just buy it. You know you want to. You've probably hmmed and oooh goshed a few of these from other brands, and weighed the cost. I know it, I do it all the time. This is the one to get, as the others are sitting in boxes now, UNUSED.

Does the job!
Excellent! Solidly built, works with my mico-four thirds bodies, and has opened up a whole world of old (but great) Minolta MD-mount lenses to me. Extends the barrel a bit, but that's to be expected. I wouldn't recommend this on a camera body without a viewfinder as lenses will be manual focus only.

Fine product but did not fit my minolta AF lens
Looks like I made the mistake here I had thought this was going to fit my minolta lens onto my bmpcc 4k no problem, otherwise the adapter fit perfectly fine in my bmpcc 4k and had I had the proper lens it looks like it would have snapped perfectly in there.
