At first, these insoles seemed comfortable and promising, but after using them for a while, I realized they were much stiffer than the original ones that came with my sneakers. I went on three runs with them, and after each one, I started experiencing heel pain, which I never had before. Unfortunately, I had to stop using these insoles altogether because the discomfort only got worse. I wouldn’t recommend them, especially if you’re looking for something that provides long-term comfort and support during physical activities.

I’m always buying Dr Scholls and decided to try this category for my gym shoes since it says are suitable for running but doesn’t even fit on the shoe, the sole it’s too wide and uncomfortable on the arch. Waste. Prefer the athletic series for any purpose.

I used it for three weeks now. notbsure if it helped. from a plantar problem, i seem to have now developed runners knee. have decided to discontue the use.
