I really like the flavour but it’s very sweet. Recommended dose is two scoops but since this was my first time using a pre-workout, I took half a dose. It gave me a really pleasant energy without feeling gross or on edge or anything. I took slightly more than half a scoop the second time I used it, and it made my stomach feel a little uncomfortable. I tend to have a hard time with my stomach, usually when I eat unhealthy food, greasy food or alcohol. I weigh over 200 pounds and a half scoop was effective enough.

While I can't say there was a huge difference when I took this stuff from a muscle perspective, I can say that it did keep my well hydrated and did give me a jolt of energy when taken before my workout(s). I've been working out continually for over a year and I've noticed the best results when I eat healthy and keep myself well hydrated. I have friends who swear by this supplement (alongside the amino acid supplement) so I surely can't knock it; it just didn't give me noticeable results. Pros: - It takes like fruit punch. There's some stank nasty stuff out there that's almost unbearable to drink. This stuff, however, taste pretty good. - It comes with a measuring scoop. I hate having to roam through drawers looking for a measuring table spoon. This can comes with a scoop that makes it easy to grab a serving. - It lasts a pretty good while if you follow the serving guide. For me, it lasted about 1.5 months, taking the recommended serving (I only took it when I worked out) Cons: - It does not mix in all that great. While it does mix in enough to turn the water a different color, if you let it sit for a minute or two, you'll have the mixture building up at the bottom of the glass. I usually keep a spoon in the cup so I can stir it before taking a swig. - The serving spoon is buried in the powder. While I do enjoy a good treasure hunt, I do not enjoy the scaled down version they create by hiding the spoon almost at the bottom of the can. All in all, I would say it's a good product and worthy of a recommendation. If you find yourself wanting to try a supplement, I'd suggest trying this to see what it does for you. I can say this: it really does taste great and does indeed give you energy!

This use to be my favorite product, big fan of their keto line as it didnt taste too sweet and no crash but they changed it recently. I use to buy the one that was keto friendly and that advertised "weight management"... seems like its discontinued or something, so I bought this one last month and found the taste different but kept it. I bought it again a month later, and now I can say that it much sweeter and clearly taste different than what I use to buy. They changed the product and I am not a fan anymore 😔 Im not sure what they changed but I always bought fruit punch, now its too sweet. Quite disappointed that my normal product isnt available anymore... Hope they bring it back.

I've been buying this product for years now, says I've bought this Fruit Punch 23 times now. And they've changed the formula and now it just tastes like chemical garbage, I cannot stand it.
