Color matched five year old coat. Snaps matched originals on the collar of the coat. Snaps were very hard to “snap together”.

I have a Carhartt jacket but somehow lost the hood. the size was perfect, snapped on and done. Same heavy duty quality as the jacket and color was great, ready for the cold days. Price was worth it for such a good jacket

Works ok
Did not fit exactly as the original hood from when I first bought the Carhardtt coat 20+ years ago. And it isn't as thick as I remember the original being.

Good addition
I bought this hood to go with my Carhartt Men's Loose Fit Firm Duck BlanketLined Chore Coat (size medium). Fits perfectly, same material and color. The idea was to build on my coat to be more comfortable during light rain or snow. Should do the job nicely and removable when I don’t want it.

Fits, no issues
I got the Small-X-Large size, and it fits great on my 3XL jacket. Make sure that your jacket will match properly with this hood's snaps; my jacket is a Washed Duck style, but some of the other reviewers may have had a different style that caused some of their alignment issues. My snaps were all good to go and fit properly and snug. The color matches perfectly. The hood is pretty rigid; you can move your head around and it will stay in place instead of following (at least it does that while it's new).

Wish I could have obtained the matching colour to my Carhartt jacket but it works perfectly and is very well made.

I bought the hood for my son's jacket. Got the larger sized hood as he has a larger jacket. Snaps line up perfectly. Would recommend double checking your coat size to make sure you get the right size hood for your jacket. Colour matches perfectly, even when my son's jacket is a year or two old and has been washed. The hood causes the collar of the jacket to be popped up all the time, just as a heads up. I recommend this product.
