THE BEST OTOME GAME EVER [no spoiler review]
This is without a doubt my favorite OTOME game of all time. It is incredibly fun. The story is about a young girl Cardia who holds a deadly poison in her body that melts anything her bare skin touches and because of this she is unable to feel the warmth of another. Because of this she stays locked away with the only memory in her mind which is of her father's last words "You cannot know love because you are a monster" [paraphrasing there] However her world changes when a HANDSOME thief known as Arsène Lupin steals her away and offers to great her one wish. She then meets several other hotties, Abraham Van Helsing the one man army and hero of the vampire war, the fugitive and ex-imperial alchemist Victor Frankenstein, the upbeat and outgoing inventor Impy Barbicain, and the nobleman Count Saint-Germain. With the help of these six charming men and their cute corgi Sisi; Cardia learns how to feel the warmth of being human however she also learns of her tragic origin and why her father the brilliant scientist Isaac Beckford calls her his monster. Ok so yeah that's the plot. And its even better then I described. The art is beyond beautiful, the music is amazing, the story is touching, the side characters are all memorable, and the romance is heart melting. If you like otome games this one is a must. It's my favorite and I've played a lot. The game play is very simply like most visual novels. You just read along with the story and make choices every so once in a while which effects the outcome. There are 13 chapters all in all. However depending on your choices, once you get to chapter 9 that take you down a different lover's route. You need to finish all of them before you get to Lupin's route cause his the best. My favorite is Lupin, Victor's Van Hellsing, Saint's and then Impy. As for the way it came my case came in perfect condition. And since it did I did not have to worry about returning it or getting a refund. So because of that I can't answer how customer service is. The artwork on the case is lovely and inside is well just the game card. Anyway that's my long review. But I hope it helped. If it still didn't then let me put it this way. If you played London Detective Mysteria, OZMAFIA, Steam Prison, or Amnesia Memories you will LOVE this one.

amazing otome!
As much as I like the otome genre, this was the first such game to REALLY blow me away. I didn’t expect to love the entire cast (even the villains, as deplorable as some of them are, are very interesting and multilayered), or to become so invested in the story (including how it’s tweaked slightly between routes), or to even like the MC as much as I did (I normally find them pretty forgettable). Minus the lack of a battle system, this game was easily on par with a JRPG as far as my emotional investment goes; all the bachelors are really interesting (despite my initial impressions) and some of the plot twists had my jaw dropping.Gorgeous art, gorgeous music, amazing (JP) voice acting, and a lovely cast and story that I’ll definitely want to revisit in the future—I ADORED this game and the world it introduced me to. I’m sad I slept on it for so long and I highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a well-rounded VN!

It Was Ok
I didn't like how chapters 1-8 were the same in all character routes, it made the story line boring for the most parts. Some of the romantic budding interactions between the characters were cliche and weren't my cup of tea. I was expecting more since the game developers, Idea Factory, created Amnesia Memories and that was my very first introduction into the otome genre.
