I love the product quality but it is way overpriced for what it does. And the big negative is that it does not even stay cold beyond a minute. I wish for the price I paid the roller stayed cold for much longer(3-4 minutes atleast). Better to use ice cube wrapped in muslin for a much more cost effective and longer lasting solution.

Utterly disappointed! I ordered because of good reviews but the product delivered was not what was shown. It’s just an ordinary roller with same pink color and that’s it… I didn’t even feel like opening it let alone use it. It’s non returnable otherwise would’ve definitely returned it!

I really like this, it’s good quality and it stays cold. It rolls really easily across my skin too and is easy to use. I’ve used it every night after cleansing and it definitely makes my skin feel nice

I purchased this item because of reviews but I am disappointed. Not a good purchase for me. I find ice cube does a better job than this. It feels warm too soon and doesn’t feel cold like ice

This face roller is absolutely amazing. Some have suggested not to put it in the freezer as it gets too cold, but in my opinion it is just fine. I just wait a minute or so and give it a wipe before I start rolling it on my face and it feels amazing. It is definitely cold at first, but your face adjusts pretty quickly. For those that say that it does not stay cold long enough, I think it's because your face gets used to the cool feeling, but if you take a break and wait a minute or two to allow your face to start warming back up again, you'll see that the roller is still very cold when you go to roll your face again. This is a great little massage routine I try to do in the morning and before bedtime...very soothing to my face, relaxing and helps to get rid of puffiness in the face.

This is great I keep mine in the fridge. It feels great on your skin excellent quality. You won't be disappointed with it everyone needs one of these.
