Anybody used this ink in a Platinum Preppy? (Like the "free pen" that is included with Noodler's Hearts of Darkness ink)

Yes, and I think the Preppy is a perfect match for this amazing ink. I converted a Preppy Medium 05 to an eye dropper pen, and filled its large capacity with this ink. It stained the almost-translucent barrel to its color, which looks awesome.

Is the Bayside Blue ink waterproof/bullet proof?

Based on the Noodler's Website, Baystate Blue is NOT bulletproof, but it is at least partially waterproof.Regards,Pen Chalet

Has anyone used this ink with a Pilot Namiki vanishing point with a fine nib? I'm thinking about establishing one with a nice blue ink.

I am using it in Pilot Namiki VP with a fine nib, writes great, I use the con-20 converter, and use a syringe to refill it (just gets a few drops more of ink into the converter) BTW the BSB is of the same color of my VP, a bonus.

Can someone suggest a few good pens and nibs that work well with BSB?

I use an Esterbrook J with a signature stub nib, it works well, but note that Baystate Blue can stain pens. Most people I know who use BSB dedicate pen(s) to that ink alone. It's a wonderful ink, and a lovely colour.
