Is this a complete prenatal vitamin or is it just a DHA suppliment?

This is just a DHA supplement. yes I also bought one and then realized that it's not a complete prenatal. Ingredients : Purified deep sea fish (anchovies and sardines). Gelatin, glycerin, natural tocopherols(soy), natural strawberry flavoring. Gluten Free, Dairy Free, No Filler ingredients, artificial colors, flavors and preservatives.

I want to know if the gelatin is drived from pork or fish or plant?
