I don't know what that question means..but let me google it ..I'm back and still don't know..if you want to know if it comes off, it is like makeup-applies like makeup- sort of looks like makeup and it did not come off on my clothes- it says it is 'water resistant" -that's the best I can do-I liked it. This may very well cover your spots but it’s a small container, so it wouldn’t last long. Also, I would consider myself light to medium...I purchased the medium and it was waaaay too dark! If you get it, go lighter!

This will help even out the tone, but not actually cover them.
