Really hard and uncomfortable to be a gel seat. The split down the middle didn't help Comfort either. Also it felt like cardboard was still in it wouldn't recommend it.

I got this for my Sunny Fitness Recumbent exercise bike & it is just what I needed. The gel cushion could have been a little thicker, but it was still much, much better than the stock seat on the Sunny Fitness bike. Worth every cent.

Without this seat I could never use my exercise bike, wish it had more cushion though but it works well.

Doesn't make a whole lot of difference, on my bike at least. :(
