UPDATE #2: So if you're sitting at home and your tree comes on all by itself.....it's supposed to do that! Who knew? lol I thought I was going crazy and my husband had me convinced that I'd turned it on and didn't remember. Then it did it again tonight and I KNOW I didn't turn it on. So I went and re-read the description and the timer will actually turn it off after 6 hours and turn it back on after 18 hours. I normally keep it on most of the day so I didn't realize this was a thing. But it's good to know that I'm not losing my mind! Btw, I still LOVE my tree! I'll never regret the purchase.UPDATE: It does have a memory setting. (I should've taken the time to read the box more thoroughly) When you find a light setting you like, press and hold the on/off button until it turns off. Next time you turn it on it will be at your favorite setting. You'll need to do this each time you turn it off. This feature makes me so happy!Don't let the packaging fool you. I was a little skeptical at first because the box was small and kind of flat. I pulled it out of the box, shaped it, connected it to the base and added 3 AA batteries and there it was.....so pretty! Also, I love that it can run on batteries. This makes it sooooo easy to move around where ever you like. There's also a USB cord if needed. The only thing I don't like is how you have to scroll through all of the settings before you get to the "steady on" which is the 8th and last setting before "off". I prefer the 8th setting so every time I turn it on I have to scroll through all settings to get to the one I want. Honestly, it's so pretty that I can overlook that. But be aware that some of the settings have rapid blinking lights which could cause a seizure in people with epilepsy or other neurological disorders. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this product and I'm glad I made the purchase.

I wanted to get something cheerful for my wife who always feels gloomy after we put the Christmas decorations away. Figured these might be fun. I got them and set them up. She ABSOLUTELY LOVES them! They are lovely! You can use AA batteries or charge them. Comes with a usb cord too. Great deal!

This little tree adds such a nice touch to my desk setup! The warm lighting is perfect and while there are lots of lighting modes to choose from, heads up that some are super fast - giving off major rave vibes (not really what I'm going for during work hours!).Love that it plugs right into my computer/dock and has a timer feature that turns it off after work. The branches are easy to arrange however you want, and you can even hang small ornaments on them which is fun. For the price, it's a nice way to add some cozy vibes to your workspace. Just stick to the calmer light settings unless you're trying to party at your desk!

I initially bought this for my mother a few months ago. But I think it is such a fantastic item. I plan on buying one for myself. You can have them as a regular decoration or bring them out during the holiday, either way it’s going to bring a little light in your room of choice.I like that it has a battery are but also takes a usb. So you can decide how you want to use it

Excellent table-top lighted tree. It’s a great little decor piece, and we’ve been using it every day for 3 years now, with no malfunctions. The built-in timer works well, and it has multiple light modes (constant on to fading to blinkiing). We only use the constant on mode. Highly recommended!

All together I have 3 tree lights. I like the fact that it has that 6 hour timer and I don't have to worry about having to turn the trees off myself. They're also good to have when your power goes out!

Bought this for Halloween to clip on some orange and black "death moths" that I had purchased on Grandin Road. But the tree is too pretty for my halloween decor, so I am going to save it for Thanksgiving/Christmas.Didn't seem promising when I opened it, but after a simple assembly and arranging the branches, I changed my mind. More lights than on similar sized tabletop trees, and is lovely when lit up. Love that it has different light functions, though I will likely leave on constant. No, the tape wrapped around the trunk does not look like birch, but nor does it look like badly wrapped tape like some I have seen. Also, I am pleased that there is no glitter to get all over everything. It would make a soft night light for a hallway or guest room. I am satisfied with the purchase.
