Nature's Way Choline-Inositol, 100 Caps 500 mg

This is by far the best supplement I've ever used, and I am not being remotely facetious. My energy is better, I sleep more soundly, and my mood has skyrocketed. I take 2 doses a day, one in the morning and one about 90 min before my evening run. I fall into a runner's high very quickly with this, and my muscles stay relaxed, avoiding any pulling or injury (I run about 10 miles a day avg). I WOULD recommend taking a 3-4 day break every other week with these, as they do seem to pack a bigger punch if you bring your body back to baseline first. This works as well as alpha brain in just about every way, and the only other way to get this level of choline into your system is with foods some people just don't like (cauliflower, spinach, etc.) in LARGE helpings. Inositol also seems to have a great affect on some digestive problems I experience. I have nothing bad to say about this product. A+

I am on a health journey & trying to get healthy. I had been diagnosed with fatty liver disease & I was told that choline is a great product for helping to get rid of it. Now I have just started taking the product so I can’t say that it has helped yet 100% because I am still taking them. But i do know that I have been feeling alot better since I have been taking them & I have noticed that my bulging stomach has gone down some. But again, i will give a full review once i have taken the product at least 3 months because you can’t get rid of a fatty liver in 1 month. But i will give another review in a couple more months.
