With 3 eggs in a standard loaf pan my "loaf" was *very* shallow. Is there a way to get something closer to sandwich-bread height out of this?

That’s because it’s Artisan bread. Look at the picture on the box. Mine came out perfectly perfect. I used coconut oil and 9 quail eggs to make mine even healthier. Thinking of adding ground flax or chia and maybe hemp seed meal on my next go. It’s so good. I used a clear glass Anchor Hocking 1 1/2 quart oval baking dish. My bread came out looking just like the picture on the front of the box. I sliced it like a loaf of bread in a manual bread slicer for even slices. I made what looked like long finger sandwiches. I made both rabbit and chicken pulled meat from my Instant Pot. Put a little tender Baby Romaine leaves on it for a little added crisp. I was thrilled! Hadn’t had a sandwich in years. 😄 YUM!

I am confused (happens often lol). For the focaccia bread (not loaf), does one bag make 2 loaves? As in, add in ingredients listed twice with 1 bag?

for focaccia style flat bread, you make the recipe on the back. then once the dough has settled, you divide into 2 equal portions to make 2 flatbreads. don't double the recipe or ingredients.

How does the artisan bread calculate re weight watchers points?
