Came unwrapped without the connected eBook!!

I've never come across a casebook that omits footnotes and contains citations in the body of the text. It's a hot mess and incredibly distracting. I couldn't care less where your life expectancy rate source came from, for the amount of money I spent on this book I would assume the authors would know what they are talking about. Suicide rates among law students are high enough, why are you doing this to us?
