“I’m honestly impressed with this powder foundation. It gives a smooth, natural finish and really helps control shine without looking dry or cakey. The coverage is buildable and it blurs pores so well, especially for everyday wear. I love how long it lasts — even after hours it still looks fresh and doesn’t separate. Great quality for the price and I’d definitely repurchase.

Always prep your face with moisturizer & pore concealer (if needed) Love the coverage & light feel. Been using this for years. Affordable, Fragrance free, large assortment or colors, covers well. Use a dense, large foundation brush for best results. I Start with a deeper shade to conceal, then I use the shade that matches my skin to blend it all. Tends to crumble easily though in its case. 🤷‍♀️ I put it in small Tupperware when they crumble & use it from there. Lighter shades don’t seem to cover as well so I use darker then blend it & use a blurring powder to finish! I like Elf’s blurring powder.

TLDR: The quality of the foundation surpassed my expectations, but I was let down by how fragile the packaging is. I am far from a beauty guru; I have only ever used drugstore foundations, all of which have been fine but nothing amazing. I purchased this hoping that it would give me at least some coverage and would help me not look like an oily cretin for as long as possible after application. What I got was a foundation with incredibly buildable coverage (seriously, I've had to start applying blush for the first time in my life to add color back to my face), and I still look great at the end of the day without having to reapply. Also, it's lightweight and incredibly comfortable to wear. It's the best quality foundation I've ever used, and I'm so pleased with that aspect of it. HOWEVER, the product crumbled within just a few uses. In fact, I knew from reading other reviews that that was a potential issue and have handled it with great care; it has only ever been in my makeup bag at home (not getting knocked around in a purse or something) and I've handled it quite gently. Yet, after using it about 5 times, it cracked. I have been able to salvage it for now by putting it into another container and crushing it to use as a loose powder, but its durability has been disappointing. Overall, I would purchase it again with the expectation that it won't last as a pressed powder.

I do like this but I feel like it breaks pretty easy. It gives good coverage and it’s not heavy on the skin. Easy to apply, I’ve used a sponge and a brush.

This L’Oreal Paris pressed powder is great! I have repurchased this probably 5 times. I goes on easy! Has the perfect amount of coverage I would say it’s more on the medium-heavy side. It’s a great price point compared to other expensive powders that do the same thing this one does. The texture is powder but goes on very smooth. Like all powder doing your proper skin care prep before hand will make all the difference of how your makeup and powder will look. I will continue to purchased and recommend to anyone looking for a flawless coverage look that will last through the day!

I ordered true beige and it was quite a bit lighter on my skin. I found the product did provide very good coverage but is a bit dry feeling when applying. I have mature skin with few wrinkles but our skin can result in products sitting on top of skin instead of blending in.

Besides the fact that it arrived broken the product itself is great I’ve been using for years . Unfortunately I had to return this one. I didn’t have time to wait for a replacement otherwise I would have . The color is great for me and the coverage is awesome and light , I usually just this all by itself . Blends well . Great texture when used with a liquid base .

I ordered this in colour mocha to use as a contour/bronzer and am so happy i did. This powder foundation is a very quality product for a very fair price. This powder foundation wears longer than my too faced bronzer and that one is far more pricey. I have combo skin (oily t zone) and so i use the laura mercier powder foundation as my base and this product as a contour. Highly recommend..this colour mocha is a very flattering brown without any orange or copper or muddy tone. Suitable for many tones and it is very buildable. You can sweep just a lil and it looks nice or more than usual and melt it and blend it into your skin with your clean hands for a very natural finish. Pliable formula for a lack of better terms. I believe the test of makeup is answering yes to these 2 questions: 1. Does it look good 3 hrs + later? 2. Can i conveniently and quickly touch up my makeup throught the day? I find with enough moisturizer and or primers, powder foundations last alot longer and look alot better through out the day. They are way easier to touch up as well.
