I don't know what to say about an herb. It's bigger pieces than some others I've gotten. That's better for me. Tastes just like you think it should taste.

I was not sure what to expect ordering my tarragon this way, but I was truly impressed upon opening it. The aroma was strong, and my first impression was that it was freshly dried. It is wonderful in my cooking, and I am looking forward to trying some of the other herbs that are offered.

We are huge fans of Tarragon and have ordered another companies product multiple times. Tried this company and it was terrible. Literally taste like grass clippings with slight aroma of Tarragon. They have no return policy, I now know why!

This is not French tarragon. The smell is like a sweet tobacco. Where it was harvested is my question. I have grown tarragon and it smelled like anise or licorice. This does not. If it’s from China I’m not surprised in the slightest. A chef would not use it.

Today my tarragon order arrived. The first thing I did was open it and try it. My first impression is that it doesn't really have the flavor of traditional tarragon, which is like anise. I don't know what to do. I am very disappointed. That doesn't work for me. I use this herb a lot for chicken, meat, for scrambled eggs. Etc. I feel like I was scammed out of 14 dollars. Money thrown away. I do not recommend this product at all. From the moment you open it, it doesn't have that characteristic aroma of tarragon, nor the flavor. I'm going to have to throw it in the trash. At least they should return what I paid

Produit utilisé le jour même dans une préparation :excellent. Compte-tenu de la quantité : j'ai divisé en 4 le sachet et mis sous vide 3 portions afin de ne pas perdre l'arôme : deux étaient prévus pour une amie : du même avis que moi. Merci pour la qualité .

Really pleased with this product. I bought it as couldn’t find any fresh ANYWHERE. I can honestly say it is by far the best dried tarragon I’ve ever used. Very good scent and taste, leaves still whole and green (not like that horrid dust you get in jars at the supermarket!) really excellent product.

Good product, nice amount of herb arrived in good time, tarragon goes really well with roast chicken. Can highly recommend and would buy again.
