Oakley Men's Field Assault Military Boots

Quality working boot. I work in a jail, use them daily. The only thing that is negative about them is having to tie and untie them daily. Been using a year now, still no issues!

I've had these boots for over a year, and they are almost a daily wear. This is because they are so light weight it almost feels like your not wearing shoes at all. They're decently comfortable and very sturdy.

The boots looked great, no issues with that. Sizing is very different than other Oakley’s. I typically wear a 9 and ordered in that size and they felt at least a size too big. Order down a full size for a good fit.

These boots are not bad at all. The only thing I changed out were the insoles. I don't know how how these guys got holes and tears on the boot. Probably cause they don't know how to take of their stuff or maybe their feet are to fat. And for blisters either wrong socks or didn't tie them properly. I work as a stocker and take them hiking as well. Had them for 5 months now and still no complaints other than changing the insoles every couple months. I average 5-7 miles when working.

I was a little worried that I wasn’t going to receive it in time for my move across country. Got it and now everything is fine.The fit is great and it is soooo incredibly light. 10x lighter than those steel toe boots. If you’re on shore duty or just debating on whether to buy this, DO IT! You won’t be sorry. Definitely make sure if you can wear these kind of boots. For the navy it is allowed but for other branches I am not sure. So check before purchasing.

I wear a 9 and normally buy a 9.5 for the extra comfort. I decided to go with a 9 and it was still way too big. Re ordered and got a 8.5. Still waiting to see how it fit. Also, shipping is so slow!

If you're looking for a combat style boot in black, these lack!Comfort - Poor. I would not recommend these if you need to stand all day.Walking in these will cause you to fatigue faster than you would in a military boot.Insoles lack padding.Construction - Poor. The upper construction of the boot is flimsy.The tongue of the boot is not stitched/connected to the top of the boot like a military boot.Not full leather. Has vinyl material at the top of the boot.Would not recommend for what you're paying.

Almost 10 years of military service and over 20 in Law Enforcement and I have yet to find a better or more comfortable pair of boots. This is my 4th pair and one of the greatest things I love is not having a break in period like every other pair of non Oakley boots I’ve ever owned. They fit perfect out of the box, they are VERY long lasting, and they always look sharp. Wether your LE or military or any job that keeps you on your feet for 12 to 16 hours a day these boots are a must. You won’t realize just HOW GOOD they are until you hit your first weekend after working all week wearing them and you realize your feet aren’t barking at you. I HIGHLY recommend buying Oakley boots there is a VERY noticeably difference in comfort and quality.
