The first reaction out of the box was concern that there was not nearly enough stuffing. Also the stuffing appeared to be a combination of shredded and chunks of memory foam.I followed another reviewers advice and it worked great. You need to totally separate and spread out all of the stuffing. I put a large garbage bag down in a spare room and laid out all the stuffing pieces as thinly as possible. I gave it a full 48hrs and only fluffed it by hand a couple times. This method worked great and I was very happy to see the volume when fully expanded. It's not terribly difficult to fill it up when you are ready. My pillow matches the dimensions listed and I would say averages between 4.5-7" thick. It provides enough pillow support between my legs when compressed. This pile was purchased after having two orders cancelled by another "top rated" body pillow and waiting on new inventory for another "top brand name". The pillow cover is extremely soft, like an artificial silk. I paid $70 Canadian in December 2022 and it was basically half price of my first two choices from Google searches and reviews. I think this is a great body pillow and very well priced. The odour issue was not present for me. I think the tea tree oil "infusion" is nice, but not sure I really smell it or its providing any function. If you just want to try a body pillow to see if it will help you sleep better, I think this pillow will meet your needs and is a great value compared to other brand names. I ordered a second as a spare should I ever need it and it is no longer available.
