Excellent product. Accurate 1/6 scale and packaged well. You will need screwdriver to remove from box. Great display piece for other 1/6 scale collectibles (Barbie)

I got this as a prop for my 1/6 Yusaku Matsuda figure and it's perfect. Detailed and lightweight. There are minor imperfections on the Vespa that would irritate a serious collector who prefers everything mint. The speedometer is glued in crooked, there are white scuffs on the seat that won't come off, and the blue letters on the back are smeared. I don't mind, because it looks more realistic. Kinda gives it character. For being "diecast" it has a lot of plastic parts. At $40 it's great for casual display and I'm happy with it. The outer box was ripped and not appropriate for gifting, so keep that in mind. I will say that the older run of this same model has more detail. It has shiny chrome handlebars and black kickstand tips, etc. I only see that one pop up on auction sites tho. Amazon should remove the pics of that older version.

I LOVE it! I saw one of these on a specialty doll site and they were asking 100-200$. I couldnt afford that for a doll toy/prop. I love it because it reminds me of the one I had in my college days, but mine was pink. It is a nice heavy quality, and the handle bars and wheels turn. The kickstand goes up and down. The springs under the seat move and it has a tiny storage area on the back wheel area. For the price I couldn't be happier. It arrived in 2 days with prime shipping and is everything I wanted. I am by no means a model or miniature expert. I bought it for my dolls and it exceeds my expectations.

I love this Vespa It’s so detailed

The Vespa itself is cute. Even though it's a mix of plastic and metal, and there's a bit of looseness with one or two of the plastic parts, overall it's nicely made. My problem with it is the packaging it arrived in. Good protection certainly but the plastic protection is molded around a black display. There's also cardboard wedged in between the layers of the base and it doesn't pull out. I somewhat managed to cut off the protective plastic, tricky to do without breaking anything, but what I really want to do is get the black base off. I don't want to use it anyway. But there are no instructions whatsoever of how to do this. There appear to be some tiny screws on either side of the base so I'm going to try unscrewing those but they are truly tiny so Im going to have to go get a special screwdriver teeny tiny enough to hopefully be able to undo these screws and hopefully I'm right that they'll release the base. If not, I"m going to have to get some sort of metal straw and see if I can saw off the base. Super super frustrating. If anyone knows how to get the base off, please let me know.

Es realmente bonita y mucho más grande de lo que imaginaba. Es sorprendente la calidad para el precio. Un buen regalo para los amantes de las Vespas. 100% recomendable.

Not the same quality as the one pictured, cheapened finish and not as good quality, I have one I bought years ago and side by side you can see all the cheapened differences: Chrome finished plastic is now grey plastic (engine, forks, brakes, handle bars and mudguard crest) Cheaper plastic with burrs. Paint finish owning missed (nuts etc are not painted, panel rubber not painted, stand feet not painted and handlebar grips not painted) Tyres don't fit properly and stick out of the rims in places. Wheels aren't painted so plastic cheapens the look. It's such a shame as the original (pictured) version was such a great quality product, only reason I am not returning it is that it seems this is typical cheapening of products and a replacement will only be the same, I will paint some of the parts myself but will never be as good. Photos show original version in front highlighting some of the differences. Given 3 stars as it's still worth getting as its a great scale of a beautiful classic Vespa.
